Just south of Luza Square you will find the iconic Rector’s Palace. Originally built in the 13th century, this intricate maze of colonnades and columns has been rebuilt on two occasions. A blend of Venetian-Gothic, Baroque and Renaissance elements make this palace a fascinating study in construction through the ages. The Rectors palace is now host to the Museum of Dubrovnik, and the interior atrium has found new life as a fine chamber music venue.

As one of the last remaining walled cities on earth, the Walls of Dubrovnik which surround the Old Town are well worth a visit.
